  • 2 pack rectangular cookies
  • 2 packet custard mix
  • 1 litro milk
  • 100 mililitros milk for soaking the cookies
  • 5 cucharadas soperas sugar
  • 150 mililitros whipping cream or cream
  • 150 gramos melting chocolate

Prepare the custard base

Reserve 1 glass of milk from the total liter. Pour the rest of the milk (approximately 750 ml) into the Thermomix glass. Add the tablespoons of sugar. Program 8 Min./90°C/Speed 2.

Dissolve the custard mix

Meanwhile, in the reserved glass of milk, dissolve the custard mix sachets, stirring until no lumps remain.

Incorporate the custard mix into the Thermomix

Once the time is up, add the milk and custard mix mixture to the Thermomix glass. Program 7 Min./90°C/Speed 2.

Prepare the mold

Prepare a mold for the cake and place a sheet of transparent plastic wrap on the bottom.

Soak the cookies

Pour the milk to soak the cookies in a bowl. Soak the cookies and place them on the base of the mold.

Assemble the cake

Pour a layer of custard cream over the cookie base. Cover with another layer of cookies soaked in milk. Repeat the layers until finishing with a layer of cookies.

Cool the cake

Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until it is very cold.

Prepare the chocolate topping

Pour the cream and chocolate in pieces into the Thermomix glass. Program 4 Min./50°C/Speed 2. Watch that the chocolate does not burn and stir with the spatula if necessary.

Cover the cake with chocolate

Remove the cake from the refrigerator and unmold it onto a serving platter. Cover the cake with the melted chocolate topping. It can be bathed whole or put a layer on the base. Garnish to taste.

Cool the chocolate

Return the cake to the refrigerator until the chocolate cools completely.
