Simple spelt bread with a yogurt crust.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

150 g Yogurt

180 ml warm water
-
15 g fresh yeast
-
1 tsp Honey
-
300 g Spelt flour 630
-
150 g Spelt flour 1050
-
1.5 tsp Salt
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare dough
Add yogurt, warm water, fresh yeast, honey, spelt flour 630, spelt flour 1050 and salt to the mixing bowl and knead into a dough for 2 minutes/kneading setting.
Let the dough rest
Place the dough in a bowl and let it rest, covered, for about 30 minutes.
Shape dough
Fold the dough, shape it and place it in a floured magic master or other suitable baking pan.
Bake bread
Place the dough in the cold oven and bake at 240°C top/bottom heat for 55 minutes.
Let bread cool
Turn the bread out of the mold immediately after baking, let it cool and enjoy.
