Description

This lemon chicken thighs with mayonnaise dish is a simple and delicious recipe that I often prepare. The combination of lemon juice and zest with mayonnaise and mustard creates a creamy and flavorful sauce that permeates the chicken during baking. It is a perfect option for a quick weekday meal or for an informal dinner with friends. The preparation is very quick, and the Thermomix® makes the task of crushing the garlic and mixing the ingredients much easier. Go ahead and try it, you'll love it! You can accompany it with white rice or roasted potatoes.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 1 kilogramo chicken thighs
  • 1 piece lemon (zest and juice)
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation (4 steps)

Crush the garlic

Insert the 2 garlic cloves into the Thermomix bowl and crush for 3 seconds at speed 7.

Mix the ingredients

Add to the bowl the zest of 1 lemon, the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 dessert spoon of mustard, 1 dessert spoon of paprika, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.

Marinate the chicken

Place the chicken thighs on a baking tray. Pour the Thermomix mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure they are well soaked. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Bake the chicken

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes, making sure it does not burn and turning it over halfway through cooking.
