Description

These marinated chicken drumsticks are a simple and tasty delight, perfect for a quick weekday meal or a Sunday brunch. The marinade made with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper gives a rich and slightly spicy flavour to the poultry. I often prepare this recipe when I don't have much time, but I want a comforting dish. The marinade can be prepared in advance, which makes preparation even easier. Serve with a fresh salad or a vegetable puree for a complete and balanced meal. A real treat for the taste buds!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

8 piece chicken drumsticks
2 c. à s. olive oil
0.2 c. à c. garlic powder
1 c. à c. paprika
Fine salt
Pepper

Preparation of the marinade

In the bowl, pour 2 tbsp of olive oil, ⅕ tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of paprika, fine salt and pepper. Mix everything for 10 Sek./Stufe 3.

Marinating the chicken drumsticks

Brush the 8 chicken drumsticks with the prepared marinade. Marinate for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator so that the flavours soak well into the meat.

Cooking the chicken drumsticks

Place the marinated chicken drumsticks in the basket of an air fryer. Set the temperature to 180°C and cook for 20 minutes. Turn the drumsticks halfway through cooking for even cooking.
