This Thermomix® recipe for Braised Pork Ribs with Tangy Sauce is ready in 5 h 15 min and yields 4 servings. Step-by-step guide with precise Thermomix® settings on MixBuch.

Description

These braised pork ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and coated in a tangy, slightly sweet sauce. I've been making this recipe for family gatherings for years, and it's always a hit! The ribs are first baked to render some of the fat, then slow-cooked in the Thermomix® to achieve maximum tenderness. The sauce is a simple blend of ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Perfect for a weekend dinner or a casual get-together with friends. Serve with your favorite sides for a complete meal!
