100 g Breadcrumbs

50 ml Oil or clarified butter
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare breadcrumbs
Place breadcrumbs in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 8. Transfer and set aside.
Whisk eggs
Place eggs in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3. Transfer and set aside.
Prepare flour
Place flour in a bowl.
Bread the schnitzel
First, dip the schnitzel in flour, then in whisked eggs, and then in breadcrumbs. Make sure the meat is completely covered.
Fry the schnitzel
Fry the meat in a separate pan with oil or clarified butter until golden brown and crispy.
