Description

This hearty main course with pork cutlet and mushroom cream is easy to make in the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are pork cutlet, mushrooms and onions. In about 60 minutes, 45 minutes of which are working time, you can prepare 4 servings. Ideal for a festive family meal or lovers of hearty cuisine.

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 4 Stück Pork cutlet
  • 150 g Pork cutlet
  • 3 EL Flour
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • Clarified butter
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 25 g Flour
  • 300 ml Beef stock
  • 200 g Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion

Put 1 onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté onion

Add 50 g butter to the chopped onion in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add and sauté mushrooms

Add 400 g sliced mushrooms and 2 tbsp tomato paste to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare sauce

Add 25 g flour, 300 ml beef stock and 200 g cream to the mixing bowl and simmer for 10 min./100°C/speed 2 without the measuring cup. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare cutlet

Pound 4 pork cutlets (150 g each) flat and season with salt and pepper. Place 3 tbsp flour, 2 beaten eggs and 100 g breadcrumbs on separate plates. First roll the cutlets in the flour, then pull them through the eggs and then turn them in the breadcrumbs.

Fry cutlet

Heat plenty of clarified butter in a pan and fry the cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve

Serve the breaded cutlets with the mushroom cream.
