Description

This dish is a real family favorite! The juicy turkey escalopes, covered with an aromatic tomato sauce and creamy mozzarella, are simply irresistible. I like to make it when I need something quick, but still want something special on the table. The preparation is very easy and the Thermomix® helps to season the tomato sauce perfectly. It goes perfectly with natural rice and a fresh salad. A great dish for everyday life or for guests! If you like, you can sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

4 piece Turkey escalope
Salt
Pepper
400 g Chopped tomatoes
Broth powder
Herbs of Provence
Sugar
1 Pkt. Mozzarella

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare tomatoes

10 sec/Speed 4

Add 400 g chopped tomatoes to the mixing bowl. Add broth powder, herbs of Provence and some sugar. Mix for 10 sec./level 4.

Prepare and top escalope

Season the turkey escalopes with salt and pepper and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the prepared tomato sauce evenly over the escalopes. Cut 1 pack of mozzarella into slices and place on the tomato sauce.
