Description

This recipe for turkey cutlet in creamy tomato-cheese sauce is a quick and easy main course that is ready in about 35 minutes. The sauce is prepared in the Thermomix®, while the turkey cutlets are fried separately. Ideal for a hearty lunch or dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 300 g Turkey cutlet
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 piece medium-sized Onion
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes or Mini vine tomatoes
  • 1 tsp diced Garlic
  • 25 g Processed cheese (Paprika or Cream processed cheese)
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oregano

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion

Add 1 medium-sized onion to the mixing bowl and place the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 with the fine disc on the mixing bowl lid. Chop onion for 3 sec./speed 5. Collect the cut material and set aside.

Add 1 tsp (heaped) diced garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 1 tbsp sunflower oil and the chopped onion to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare sauce

Add 250g cherry tomatoes or mini vine tomatoes, 200 ml cream, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp mustard, 25g processed cheese (paprika or cream processed cheese), 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder to the mixing bowl and cook for 15 min./100°C/speed 2.

Fry 300g turkey cutlet in a separate pan with some oil.

Add the fried turkey cutlet to the sauce in the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1.
