Description

This cream cake is a traditional recipe that is prepared in the Thermomix®. With ingredients such as butter, wheat flour, whipped cream, sugar, cinnamon, anise, rum and raisins, a delicious cake is created. Preparation takes about 40 minutes plus chilling time. Ideal as a dessert or for special occasions.

  • 500 g Butter
  • 500 g Wheat flour 700
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 160 g Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Anise
  • Raisins
  • Rum

Melt butter

Put 500 g butter into the mixing bowl and melt. 3 Min./50°C/Level 1

Crumble flour and whipped cream

In the meantime, crumble 500 g wheat flour and 250 g whipped cream together.

Stir in flour-cream mixture

As soon as the butter has melted, add the flour-cream mixture to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./level 3.

Let it simmer

Let everything simmer gently for at least half an hour, stirring constantly. 30 Min./90°C/Level 2

Mix in ingredients

Add 160 g sugar, cinnamon, anise, a little rum and raisins to taste to the mixing bowl and mix in for 30 sec./level 2 reverse.

Chill

Fill the mixture into bundt cake molds or a saddle of venison mold and chill for a few hours.
