Description

This Creamy Corn Omelette is a real treat and super easy to prepare with the Thermomix®! I often make it for a quick lunch or as a savory snack in between. The sweetness of the corn harmonizes perfectly with the eggs and fresh herbs. A touch of nutmeg rounds it all off. Preparation does not take long and the result is a delicious, filling omelette. It is perfect for vegetarians and can be prepared well in advance. If you like, you can also refine it with some cheese. An absolute favorite recipe that always goes down well with me!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

1 can creamy corn
6 unids eggs
2 cch oil
1 cch chopped parsley
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch nutmeg

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare ingredients

Provide one can of creamy corn, six eggs, two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar and a pinch of nutmeg.

Mix ingredients

Thermomix® Setting

15 sec/Speed 4

In the Thermomix bowl, place the can of creamy corn, the eggs, the oil, the parsley, the salt, the sugar and the nutmeg. Mix for 15 seconds at speed 4.

Cook omelette

Pour the mixture into a non-stick frying pan with a little hot butter. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Do not use the Thermomix for this step.
