Description
This creamy paprika chicken is a comforting and flavorful dish, perfect for a family dinner. The recipe is simple and quick to prepare with the Thermomix®, ideal for those who have little time but do not want to give up taste. The tender chicken, wrapped in a creamy paprika sauce, goes perfectly with gnocchi, creating an irresistible combination of flavors. I often prepare it when I have unexpected guests and I want to make a good impression without stressing too much. A real guaranteed success!
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

800 g Chicken pieces

2 tbsp Flour

30 g Butter
-
200 g Sour cream
-
1 piece Onion
-
1 tbsp Paprika
-
200 ml Meat broth
-
1 pinch Salt
Preparation (6 steps)
Chopped onion
A peeled onion in the bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Speed 5.
Sauté onion and chicken
In a pan, melt 30 g of butter and brown the chicken pieces and chopped onion until golden brown.
Add paprika, salt and flour
Transfer the browned chicken and onion to the bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of paprika, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix for 10 Sec./Speed 3.
Incorporate sour cream
Add 200 g of sour cream to the bowl and mix for 10 Sec./Speed 3.
Cooking with broth
Add 200 ml of meat broth to the bowl and cook for 25 Min./100°C/Speed 1.
Serve
Serve the hot paprika chicken with gnocchi.
