Description

This rice cream with courgette and potatoes is a comforting and nutritious dish, perfect for cooler days.   • 150 g rice
  • 450 g water
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 300 g courgette
  • 1 poco oil
  • 1 poco salt
  • 1 pastilla vegetable stock
  • 1 piece green pepper
  • 1 piece red pepper
  • 0.5 piece onion
  • 2 dientes garlic
  • 1 poco pepper
  • 1 poco curry
  • 1 poco herb de provence
  • 1 poco feta cheese
  • 1 poco walnuts
  • 1 poco toasted croutons

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare the vegetables

Green and red pepper, half an onion and 2 cloves of garlic in the glass. Chop for 3 seconds at speed 5.

Sauté the vegetables

Add a little oil to the glass and sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes at 120°C at speed 1.

Add the courgette

Add 300 g of chopped courgette to the glass and mix for 3 seconds at speed 4.

Add the potatoes

3 sec/Speed 4

Add 400 g of chopped potatoes to the glass and mix for 3 seconds at speed 4.

Cook the cream

20 min/212°F/Speed 2 100

Add 150 g of rice, 450 g of water and 1 vegetable stock cube (optional) to the glass. Cook for 20 minutes at 100°C at speed 2.

Check and adjust the cooking

10 min/212°F/Speed 2 100

Check if the rice is tender. If necessary, add more water and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 100°C at speed 2.

Crush the cream

Crush the cream for 30 seconds at speed 10. If a finer texture is desired, crush for an additional 30 seconds at speed 10.

Add pepper, curry and herbs de provence to taste. Mix for 5 seconds at speed 3.
