Description
This simple lemon cream is a refreshing dessert that is quick to prepare in the Thermomix®. With just a few ingredients such as lemons, sugar, eggs and butter, you can create a delicious dessert. Ideal for spring or as a light ending to a menu. Preparation takes only about 30 minutes and yields 4 servings.

125 g Butter
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix lemon zest and sugar
Grate the zest of 2 untreated lemons and add to the mixing bowl together with 150g sugar. Pulverize for 10 sec./speed 10.
Add lemon juice
Add the juice of 2 lemons, 4 eggs and 125g butter in pieces and cook for 8 min./80°C/speed 3 without a measuring cup.
Stir the cream
Stir the lemon cream for another 10 sec./speed 3.
Cool and Serve
Pour the lemon cream into glasses and let cool before serving.
