Description

This creamy avocado cream is a delicious dip or spread that is quick and easy to prepare in the Thermomix®. With fresh avocados, mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices, it is ideal as a starter or finger food. Preparation takes only 10 minutes and results in a delicious cream that goes perfectly with bread, vegetables or tortilla chips.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

2 Stück Avocados
1 Tasse Mayonnaise
2 EL Lemon juice
2 EL White wine
1 Msp. Onion powder
1 Prise Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare avocados

Scrape the pulp from 2 halved avocados with a teaspoon and place in the mixing bowl.

Chop avocado

Thermomix® Setting

10 sec/Speed 4

Chop the avocados in the mixing bowl for 10 sec./speed 4.

Add and mix ingredients

Add 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp white wine, 1 pinch onion powder and 1 pinch garlic powder to the chopped avocados in the mixing bowl.
