Description

This yoghurt herb dressing is an absolute all-rounder for every salad! I love making it because it's so quick and you can vary the herbs to your liking. The base is creamy yoghurt, which is wonderfully rounded off by the herbs, a little mustard and a touch of sweetness. A splash of balsamic vinegar provides the necessary acidity. Perfect for a fresh green salad, cucumber salad or as a dip for vegetable sticks. If you like, you can add a clove of garlic - this gives the dressing an extra kick! And the best thing: it is prepared in no time at all in the Thermomix®.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth instant, heaped
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard
  • Herbs of Provence or other herbs
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 150 g Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, light
  • 50 ml Water
  • Garlic or garlic oil

Preparation (4 steps)

Mix ingredients

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 4

Add 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth instant, 0.5 tsp mustard, lots of Herbs of Provence, 3 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 4.

Add yoghurt and vinegar

Add 150 g yoghurt and 2 tbsp light balsamic vinegar to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Adjust consistency

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 2

Add 50 ml water to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec./speed 2. Add more water if necessary until the desired consistency is reached.

Seasoning

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 3

Season the dressing and adjust with vinegar or water if necessary. If you like, you can now add garlic or garlic oil and mix for 5 sec./speed 3.
