Description

“Creamy 20-minute Gnocchi Pan” relies on Parmesan, in pieces, garlic cloves, sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, extra virgin olive oil, tomato paste for a harmonious aroma. The dish is ready to serve in about 20 minutes. Especially suitable for vegetarians. Thermomix® steps ensure precise textures and reproducible results. Tip: Round off the finish with fresh herbs or lemon.

  • 75 g Parmesan, in pieces
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 8 Stück sun-dried Tomatoes in oil, drained
  • 2 EL Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 EL Tomato paste
  • 400 g Cream
  • 100 g Water
  • 1 TL dried italian herbs
  • 0.5 TL sweet paprika powder
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 2 Prisen freshly ground black Pepper
  • 500 g Gnocchi (refrigerated section)
  • 100 g Baby spinach

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop Parmesan
