Description

The creamy Spätzle pan with broccoli and mushrooms is a vegetarian main course that is quick to prepare in the Thermomix®. In addition to Spätzle, broccoli and mushrooms, cooking cream and onions provide the taste. In just 30 minutes, a hearty meal for 2 people is created. Ideal for quick, warm cuisine.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 600 g Spätzle
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 250 g Brown mushrooms
  • 150 ml Cooking cream
  • 1 große Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 EL Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 TL Curry powder
  • 1 Prise Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 Prise Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 100 g Mountain cheese, grated

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop onion

Put 1 onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Transfer.

Chop carrots and broccoli

Put 2 carrots in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 4. Transfer. Put 500g broccoli in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./level 4. Transfer.

Cut mushrooms

Put 250g mushrooms in the mixing bowl and chop for 2 sec./level 4. Transfer.

Sauté vegetables

8 min/248°F/Linkslauf/Gentle stir speed 248°F Reverse

Put 2 tbsp vegetable oil, chopped onion, carrots, broccoli and mushrooms in the mixing bowl. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 pinch of nutmeg and 1/2 tsp curry powder and sauté for 8 min./120°C/Reverse/Gentle stir setting.

Stir in Spätzle and add cream

3 min/212°F/Linkslauf/Gentle stir speed 212°F Reverse

Put 600g Spätzle, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper and 150ml cooking cream in the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min./100°C/Reverse/Gentle stir setting.
