Description

This creamy stracciatella yoghurt is a simple and quick dessert or breakfast prepared with the Thermomix®. The yoghurt becomes particularly creamy by draining, and it is refined with chopped dark chocolate. Ideal for anyone looking for a sweet treat without much effort. The preparation time is about 185 minutes including the cooling time, and the recipe is designed for 4 servings.

  • 500 g Plain yoghurt
  • 50 g Dark chocolate

Prepare yoghurt

Place 500g plain yoghurt in a sieve lined with a clean kitchen towel. Place the sieve over a bowl and let the yoghurt drain, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. This will make the yoghurt creamier.

Chop chocolate

Put 50g dark chocolate in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 Sec./level 7. If necessary, use the spatula to scrape down from the edge and repeat the process until the desired consistency is reached.

Mix yoghurt and chocolate

Add the drained yoghurt (approx. 350g) together with the chopped chocolate to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 Sec./level 3. Use the spatula to scrape down from the edge and, if necessary, stir again for 5 Sec./level 3 until the chocolate is evenly distributed.

Serve yoghurt

Fill the stracciatella yoghurt into bowls and serve. Garnish with fresh fruit as desired.
