Description

This Thermomix® recipe for creamy Brussels sprout pasta combines pasta, Brussels sprouts and mushrooms to create a hearty main course. Refined with herbal cream cheese, a creamy sauce is created. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes a total of 35 minutes and yields 3 servings. Ideal for quick, vegetarian cuisine and a filling family meal.

  • 300 g Pasta
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 150 g Herbal cream cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 TL Paprika powder

Prepare Brussels sprouts

Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut off the stalk and remove the outer leaves. Depending on the size, halve or quarter.

Prepare mushrooms and onion

Quarter the mushrooms and cut the onion into fine rings.

Chop onion

Add herbal cream cheese to the mixing bowl and cook for 20 min./100°C/gentle stir level/reverse.

Cook pasta

In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside a ladle of pasta water.

Add pasta water
