Description

This creamy pumpkin soup with nutmeg is a vegetarian autumn dish that is easily prepared in the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are butternut squash, onions and vegetable broth.   • 2 piece Onions
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 800 ml Vegetable broth

Prepare pumpkin and onions

Halve 1 kg of butternut squash and remove the pumpkin seeds with a spoon. Peel the squash and roughly dice it. Peel and quarter 2 onions.
