Description

This curd cheese dip with cucumber and fresh herbs is an absolute must for any barbecue or as a refreshing snack in between! I especially like to make it in the summer when the cucumbers come from my own garden. The dip is super creamy, light and simply tastes delicious. With the Thermomix® it is prepared in no time at all. It goes perfectly with bread, vegetable sticks or as a side dish to grilled food. If you like it a little spicier, you can add a pinch of chili. A true all-rounder that is always well received by my guests!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 250 g Curd cheese
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 g Cucumber
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 5 g Dill
  • 10 g Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop garlic and herbs

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 7

Add 2 cloves garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Add 5 g dill and 10 g parsley and chop for another 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Prepare cucumber

Grate 200 g cucumber, put in a sieve and drain the liquid or press lightly.

Prepare dip

Thermomix® Setting
15 sec/Speed 3

Add 250 g curd cheese, 200 g Greek yogurt, the prepared cucumber, the chopped garlic and the herbs to the mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir for 15 sec./speed 3.

Season and serve

Season the dip and refine with more salt, pepper or lemon juice if necessary. Then serve.
