This risotto with zucchini and speck is true comfort food! The sweetness of the zucchini blends perfectly with the smoky flavor of the speck, creating a delicious balance.   • 1 l vegetable broth
  • 320 g Carnaroli rice
  • 1 piece zucchini
  • 100 g speck
  • 80 g spreadable cheese
  • 30 g Grated Grana Padano
  • to taste Extra virgin olive oil (EVO)

Add 1 zucchini cut into small pieces and 1 ladle of hot vegetable broth. Cook for 17 minutes at 100°C at speed 1. Add hot vegetable broth as needed during cooking.
