2 Stück Eggs
1 Prise Salt
150 ml Milk
3 EL Oil
Maple syrup
200 g Berries (frozen)

Add 150 g flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt and 150 ml milk into the mixing bowl and mix with the Milkix instead of the knife for 20 sec./speed 3.

Bake pancakes

Heat some oil in a pan. Pour the pancake batter in portions (about 2-3 tablespoons are enough) into the hot pan and form a large, three centimeter thick circle. Fry the dough over medium heat until the bottom side is golden and brown. Then turn once until it is golden brown.
