  • 15 piece individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped

Peel and slice the 8 baking apples. Place the sliced apples in a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Mix in ¾ cup apple cider and ½ tablespoon lemon juice. Set aside.

Add ½ cup cubed butter to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 4 until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the apples and caramel in the baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 50 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
