Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 130 g Red lentils dry
  • 300 g Chickpeas (can)
  • 40 g Oil
  • 25 g Tomato paste
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 250 g Coconut milk
  • 25 g Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tbsp Curry
  • 1 tsp Spice paste
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 keine Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece Onion

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop garlic

Thermomix® Setting

Put 2 cloves of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Prepare curry paste

Put 250 g tomato paste, 1 tsp spice paste and curry to taste in the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Sear chicken breast

Put 500g chicken breast in the mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer

Add 130g red lentils, 300g snap peas (canned), 40g spring onion, 250g yogurt, 250g coconut milk, 25g lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl and simmer for 20 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.
