Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece small onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 0.5 tsp grated fresh ginger root
  • 0.5 tsp white sugar
  • salt
  • 2 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 0.75 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 piece lemon, juiced
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation (4 steps)

Sauté onion

Add olive oil and chopped onion to the mixing bowl. Sauté for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add minced garlic, curry powder, ground cinnamon, paprika, bay leaf, grated fresh ginger root, sugar, and salt to the mixing bowl. Stir for 2 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Add chicken pieces, tomato paste, yogurt, and coconut milk to the mixing bowl. Cook for 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf.
