Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 500 ml Chicken broth
  • 360 g Chicken breast
  • 1 EL Cornstarch
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Cream
  • 1 Stück Lemon (juice)
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 2 EL Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 EL Butter
  • 200 g Gouda, grated
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion

Place 1 onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté onion

Add 2 tbsp of butter to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Fry meat

Fry 360 g chicken breast in a separate pan and then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Add mushrooms

Slice 100 g mushrooms and add to the mixing bowl together with the fried chicken, 500 ml chicken broth, 100 ml white wine, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 lemon juice.

Let simmer

Simmer everything for 10 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add cream and cheese

5 min/140°F/Gentle stir speed 140°F Reverse

Add 100 g cream and 200 g grated Gouda and stir in for 5 min./60°C/speed soft.

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
