Description

This Vanilla Ice cream is a real treat! I have been making it for years and it is always well received. The preparation is very simple and can be done in no time with the Thermomix®. The combination of fresh cream and condensed milk ensures an incredibly creamy consistency, while the vanilla provides that certain something. Perfect for warm summer days or as the crowning glory of a successful dinner. An absolute favorite recipe that I can warmly recommend to everyone! And the best part: it is so easy that it can be easily prepared even by cooking beginners.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 500 g fresh cream
  • 350 g condensed milk
  • 5 g vanilla essence
  • vanilla extract

Preparation (4 steps)

Whipped cream

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/Speed 3,5

Insert the butterfly into the mixing bowl. Add 500 g fresh cream to the mixing bowl and whip until stiff for 3 min./speed 3.5 with the butterfly. Remove the butterfly and transfer the cream.

Mix ingredients

20 sec/Speed 3

Add 350 g condensed milk, 5 g vanilla extract and some vanilla flavoring to the mixing bowl. Mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Fold in whipped cream

Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mixture in the mixing bowl with a spatula until a homogeneous mass is formed. Make sure that the cream does not collapse.

Freeze

Fill the ice cream mixture into a cake pan and smooth it out. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
