Description

This peanut butter ice cream is a real treat, perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. The combination of fresh cream, condensed milk and peanut butter creates a creamy texture and an irresistible flavor. Preparing it is very simple with the Thermomix®, even if it requires a little patience for the freezing time. I love it because it's a delicious and gluten-free alternative to traditional ice creams. If you want, you can also add some dark chocolate chips for an even more special touch! Ideal for a snack or as a dessert after dinner.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 40 g toasted peanuts

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Speed 3.5

Insert the very cold fresh cream into the clean and dry bowl. Whip with the butterfly for 2 Min./speed 3.5 until a frothy and firm consistency is obtained. Check the consistency and, if necessary, extend for a few seconds.

Addition of ingredients

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/Speed 3 Reverse

Add the cold condensed milk and peanut butter into the bowl with the whipped cream. Mix gently with the butterfly for 1 Min./speed 3, reverse blade to blend the ingredients well.

Incorporate the peanuts

Remove the butterfly. Add the chopped toasted peanuts into the bowl and mix gently with the spatula to incorporate them evenly into the mixture.

Freezing

Transfer the mixture to a bowl or container suitable for freezing. Add some more chopped peanuts on the surface. Cover with transparent film in contact and let it harden in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
