Description

This raspberry yogurt ice cream is a refreshing treat for hot days! I love making it because it's so quick and easy. The combination of fruity raspberries and creamy yogurt is simply unbeatable. Perfect as a small snack in between or as a light dessert after a meal. You can also vary it with other fruits, such as strawberries or blueberries. And the best thing: It is much healthier than store-bought ice cream because you know exactly what's in it. An absolute must for all ice cream lovers!

Ingredients (3 ingredients)

  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 75 g Powdered sugar
  • 400 g Whole milk yogurt

Preparation (4 steps)

Puree raspberries and powdered sugar

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 10

Put 250 g raspberries and 75 g powdered sugar into the mixing bowl and puree for 20 sec./speed 10.

Pass puree

Strain the raspberry puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Perform this step outside of the Thermomix.

Mix yogurt and raspberry puree

Put 400 g whole milk yogurt and the raspberry puree into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Fill and freeze

Fill the mixture into ice cream molds. Insert ice cream sticks into the molds and freeze for approx. 2 hours until the ice cream is solid. Perform this step outside of the Thermomix.
