Description

These homemade egg custards are a classic dessert that never fails. With a smooth texture and a sweet and delicate flavor, they are perfect for any occasion. The recipe is very simple and with the Thermomix® it is prepared in the blink of an eye. Ideal to surprise your guests or simply to treat yourself. I have been preparing them for years and they are always a success. You can add a touch of vanilla or lemon zest to personalize the flavor. Go ahead and try them, you will love them! In addition, they are economical and can be prepared in advance.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 1 litro Milk
  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 250 gramos Sugar
  • Liquid caramel

Preparation (7 steps)

Beat the eggs

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Place the eggs in the Thermomix bowl and beat for 20 seconds/Stufe 4.

Add the sugar

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Add the sugar to the Thermomix bowl and mix for 30 seconds/Stufe 3.

Incorporate the milk

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Pour the milk into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 20 seconds/Stufe 3.

Prepare the molds

Pour liquid caramel into the bottom of individual molds.

Pour the mixture into the molds

Pour the custard mixture into the individual molds, filling them to approximately 3/4 of their capacity.

Cook in a water bath

Place the molds in a deep baking tray. Add hot water to the tray until it reaches approximately 2 cm in height. Bake in a water bath for 45 minutes at 150°C.

Cool and refrigerate

Let the custards cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
