Description

Herb Ricotta Dip relies on herbs (e.g., parsley, chervil, basil), cashew butter, organic lime (zest and juice), olive oil, and ricotta (Italian fresh cheese) for a harmonious flavor. Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 2 Handvoll Herbs (e.g., parsley, chervil, basil)
  • 2 tbsp Cashew butter
  • 1 piece Organic lime (zest and juice)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 200 g Ricotta (Italian fresh cheese)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Chop herbs

Pluck the leaves from 2 handfuls of herbs (e.g., parsley, chervil, basil) from the stems and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec/speed 8. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Prepare dip

Add 2 tbsp cashew butter, zest and juice of 1 organic lime, 2 tbsp olive oil and 200 g ricotta (Italian fresh cheese) to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec/speed 4. While doing so, let as much cold water flow through the lid opening until the dip reaches the desired creamy consistency.

Season and serve

Season with salt and pepper. Fill into a bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil.
