Description

This sweet ricotta and coffee is a reinterpretation of the classic tiramisu, perfect for those looking for a lighter and egg-free alternative. The ricotta and natural yogurt cream gives a soft texture and a delicate flavor, which goes perfectly with the intense aroma of coffee and the crunchiness of dark chocolate. Preparing it is child's play, ideal for a dinner with friends or a Sunday dessert. Just remember to prepare it a little in advance to allow the flavors to blend together better! A fresh and delicious dessert, perfect to end a meal in style. It is prepared in a short time and does not require cooking, except for the coffee. Try it, it will win you over!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 24 piece Ladyfingers
  • 500 g Ricotta
  • 250 g Natural yogurt
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 ml Espresso coffee

Preparation (5 steps)

Coffee preparation

Prepare the espresso coffee with the moka pot or coffee machine. Sweeten to taste. Pour the coffee into a bowl and let it cool.

Powdered sugar

Pour the sugar into the mixing bowl and pulverize for 10 Sec./Stufe 10.

Preparation of the ricotta cream

20 Sec./Speed 4

Insert the ricotta, the powdered sugar prepared previously and the natural yogurt into the mixing bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 4. Transfer the cream to a large bowl.

Tiramisu assembly

In a baking dish, arrange a layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee. Spread a layer of ricotta cream and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of cream and plenty of grated chocolate.

Cooling

Cover the baking dish with transparent film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
