Description

This recipe for oven baked sea bream with new potatoes and artichokes is a classic of Mediterranean cuisine, perfect for a light and tasty dinner. The preparation is simple and quick, also ideal for those who do not have much experience in the kitchen. I prepare it often, especially in spring when the artichokes are at their best. The aroma that is released during cooking is simply delicious! The new potatoes, with their sweetness, go perfectly with the delicate flavor of the sea bream and the slightly bitter touch of the artichokes. A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh parsley complete the dish, making it a true triumph of flavors.
