Description
This egg liqueur cake is a classic cake that is perfect for festive occasions such as Christmas, New Year's Eve or birthdays. With a preparation time of about 80 minutes and an easy level of difficulty, it is easy to prepare. The cake is rich and juicy, ideal as a dessert or with coffee.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

250 g Powdered sugar

1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar

1 Päckchen Baking powder

125 g Flour

125 g Cornstarch

0.25 l Egg liqueur

0.25 l Oil
Preparation (4 steps)
Beat sugar and eggs until frothy
Add 4 eggs and 250g powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min./level 4 until frothy.
Mix flour and baking powder
Add 125g flour and 1 packet of baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 3.
Add egg liqueur and oil
Add 125g cornstarch, 1/4 l egg liqueur and 1/4 l oil to the mixing bowl and stir in for 20 sec./level 3.
Baking
Pour the batter into a bundt cake pan and bake for approx. 60-70 minutes at 170°C. The dough is very liquid.
