Description

This angel liqueur is a creamy, sweet liqueur with the flavor of liquid marzipan. It is prepared with white chocolate, sugar, egg, cream, and Amaretto. Preparation takes about 37 minutes and yields one portion. Ideal as a festive drink or dessert.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 150 g Chocolate, white
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 Stück Egg(s)
  • 500 ml Cream
  • 300 ml Amaretto

Melt chocolate

Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and add to the mixing bowl along with the sugar, egg, and half of the cream (250 ml). Melt for 7 min./50°C/speed 2.

Add Amaretto

Add the Amaretto (300 ml) and let it steep for 7 min./50°C/speed 2.

Bottle and chill

Pour the liqueur into a bottle and store in the refrigerator.
