Description
This lime gin cocktail is a real burst of freshness! I love how the acidity of the lime harmonizes perfectly with the gin. The preparation is super easy and quick, ideal if you spontaneously have guests or want to treat yourself. Especially in summer, this drink is an absolute must. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add a small dash of sugar syrup. A great cocktail for every occasion that is guaranteed to create a good mood!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

1 piece Organic Lime

2 piece Ice cubes

6 cl Gin

4 cl Lime Juice
Preparation (3 steps)
Prepare lime zest
Wash and dry the organic lime. Use a sharp knife to cut off the thinnest, longest, continuous piece of peel possible. Then carefully twist the peel into a spiral and set aside.
Mix cocktail
Place ice cubes in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Add gin and Lime Juice and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.
Serve cocktail
Pour the cocktail through a bar strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime spiral and serve immediately.
