Description

This hearty main course with pork cutlet and creamy mushroom cream sauce is easy to make in the Thermomix®. In addition to cutlet, mushrooms and onions, only a few ingredients are needed. Ready in 45 minutes for 4 servings. Ideal for a hearty family meal on colder days.

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 4 Stück Pork cutlet (à 150 g)
  • 3 EL Flour
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • Clarified butter
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 25 g Flour
  • 300 ml Beef stock
  • 200 g Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop mushrooms and onions

Thermomix® Setting

Cut 400g of mushrooms into slices. Put 1 onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté mushrooms and onions

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 + 5 min/248°F/Speed 1 248°F

Add 50g butter to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1. Add the mushroom slices and sauté for another 5 min./120°C//level 1.

Prepare sauce

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/248°F/Speed 1 + 1 min/248°F/Speed 1 + 10 min/194°F/Speed 2 194°F

Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and sauté for 1 min./120°C/level 1. Add 25g flour and stir in for 1 min./120°C/level 1. Add 300ml beef stock and 200g cream and simmer for 10 min./90°C/level 2. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare cutlet

Pound 4 pork cutlets flat and season with salt and pepper. Put flour, 2 beaten eggs and 100g breadcrumbs on separate plates. First roll the cutlets in the flour, then pull them through the eggs and then turn them in the breadcrumbs.

Fry cutlet

Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the cutlets on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Serve

Serve breaded cutlet with the hunter sauce.
