Description

Prepare creamy Russian Ice Cream Plombir with the Thermomix®. This simple dessert with egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and cream is ideal for festive occasions. Preparation takes about 30 minutes, the total time including freezing is 930 minutes. The recipe yields 8 servings and is perfect for lovers of classic ice cream.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 3 Stück Egg yolks
  • 130 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 180 g Milk
  • 400 g Cream

Preparation (8 steps)

Mix egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk

30 sec/Speed 3

Add egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec/speed 3. Then cook for 7 min/90°C/speed 2. Transfer and let cool.

Prepare mixing bowl

Rinse and dry the mixing bowl.

Whip cream

Speed 3

Insert the stirring attachment. Add cream to the mixing bowl and whip on speed 3 without time setting until the cream reaches the desired consistency.

Add egg-sugar-milk cream

1 min/Speed 1

Set the Thermomix to 1 min/speed 1 and add the egg-sugar-milk cream through the lid opening.

Mix mass

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/Speed 1

Mix everything well with the spatula and again 1 min./speed 1.

Freeze

Pour the mixture into a mold, close it and freeze for approx. 12 hours.

Chop frozen mass

Thermomix® Setting
25 sec/Speed 5

Cut the frozen mass into cubes, add to the mixing bowl and chop for 25 sec/speed 5.

Freeze again

Pour the mass back into the mold and freeze for min. 2 hours.
