Description

This dish of farfalle with sausages and spinach is a real treat! I often prepare it for a quick lunch or a weeknight dinner. The poultry sausages add a delicate flavor, while the spinach adds a touch of freshness. It's a simple dish, but full of flavor, perfect for the whole family. Preparation is quick thanks to the Thermomix®, which is ideal when you have little time. Feel free to add a little cream for a smoother sauce. A true Italian delight at your fingertips!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 tasse(s) Farfalle
  • 80 g Sausage(s)
  • 60 g Baby spinach(es)
  • 50 g Onion(s)
  • 125 ml Chicken broth
  • 10 ml Olive oil
  • 4 g Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop the onion

Thermomix® Setting

Put the onion in the Thermomix bowl and chop coarsely for 3 Sec./Stufe 5.

Sauté the onion

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add the olive oil to the Thermomix bowl and sauté the onion for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Cook the sausage meat

Remove the skin from the sausages. Add the sausage meat to a pan and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, crumbling it with a wooden spoon, until the meat has lost its pink color.

Add the broth

Pour the hot chicken broth into the pan with the sausage meat.

Reduce the sauce

Let it reduce for 5 Min. over medium heat, until the broth is absorbed almost completely (the sauce should remain slightly moist).

Mix and serve

Add the drained farfalle to the pan. Add the baby spinach, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Mix well and serve in warm plates.
