Description
Crispy chicken slices with cornflakes coating are a quickly prepared main course made from chicken breast fillet, cornflakes and a few other ingredients. With the Thermomix® preparation takes only 35 minutes for 2 servings. The recipe is ideal for light cuisine and an uncomplicated family meal. The crispy chicken slices are easy to bread and ready to serve in no time.

500 g Chicken breast fillet

2 Stück Eggs

150 g Cornflakes

50 g Flour

Clarified butter or Vegetable oil

Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare chicken breast
Cut 500 g chicken breast fillet horizontally into slices approx. 1 cm thick and season with salt and pepper.
Chop cornflakes
Put 150 g cornflakes into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./level 5.
Bread the chicken
Put 50 g flour, 2 eggs (beaten) and the chopped cornflakes into separate bowls. First turn the chicken slices in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the cornflakes.
Fry chicken
Heat clarified butter or vegetable oil in a pan and fry the breaded chicken slices from both sides for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
