500 g Zucchini

2 Stück Garlic cloves

2 EL Extra virgin olive oil

50 g Parmesan, grated

Preparation (6 steps)
Chop garlic
Place 2 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Add oil and sauté
Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to the chopped garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Add zucchini to the mixing bowl
Place 500 g zucchini in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Cook zucchini
Cook the chopped zucchini in the mixing bowl for 5 min./100°C/speed 1.
Add Parmesan and spices
Add 50 g grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./reverse/speed 2.
Serve
Serve the zucchini noodles with garlic and Parmesan immediately. Garnish with fresh herbs as desired.
