Description

This recipe for zucchini noodles with pesto and cherry tomatoes is a quick and easy dish, ideal for student cooking.   • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 4 EL Pesto
  • 2 EL Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Chop onion and garlic

Place half an onion (approx. 50g), peeled, in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. Then add 1 clove of garlic and chop for 3 sec/speed 7.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to the chopped onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Add zucchini and cook

Add 500g zucchini, cut into pieces, to the mixing bowl and cook for 5 min/100°C/Reverse speed/speed 1. Leave the measuring cup in place.

Add cherry tomatoes and pesto

Add 250g halved cherry tomatoes and 4 tbsp pesto to the zucchini in the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min/90°C/Reverse speed/speed 1.

Season and serve

Season the zucchini noodles with salt and pepper. Then arrange on plates and serve.
