Description

These fried noodles are a quick and satisfying dish, perfect for student cooking or a stressful evening. The recipe is super flexible - you can adjust the vegetables and meat to your liking. I often make them with pointed cabbage, carrots and spring onions, but peppers or broccoli are also great. Soy sauce and a pinch of Sambal Oelek provide the typical Asian taste. If you like it a little milder, you can of course leave out the Sambal Oelek. The preparation is very simple and with the Thermomix® it is super quick!
