Description

This Thermomix® recipe for fine hazelnut spritz biscuits uses flour, sugar, margarine, eggs and hazelnuts. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes a total of 110 minutes and yields one serving. Ideal for Christmas baking and as a sweet treat for breakfast, as finger food or dessert. Perfect for anyone who enjoys cookies with hazelnut flavor.

  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 2 Egg(s)
  • 2 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 Pck. Baking powder
  • 125 g Hazelnuts, ground

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add 500 g flour, 250 g sugar, 250 g margarine, 2 eggs, 2 packs of vanilla sugar, 0.5 packs of baking powder and 125 g ground hazelnuts to the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.

Chill dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C circulating air.

Shape and bake cookies

Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Optionally, use a piping bag, meat grinder or cookie press to apply strands, flowers or rings to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the raw cookies for about 10 minutes at 180 °C in a preheated circulating air oven until they turn slightly brown.
