Description

This salmon and green apple carpaccio is an explosion of fresh flavors and contrasting textures. The combination of smoked salmon, the acidity of the apple and the salty touch of capers make it a perfect starter for any special occasion. Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 120 gramos Smoked Salmon
  • 1 piece Green apple
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 cucharada sopera Capers
  • 1 cucharada sopera Spearmint
  • 2 cucharadas soperas Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Spearmint Preparation

Thermomix® Setting

Wash and dry the spearmint. Place it in the Thermomix bowl and chop finely for 3 seconds at speed 7. Set aside.

Salmon Lamination

Spread the smoked salmon slices on a large plate. On the same plate, add the juice of half a lemon, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Make sure the slices are well soaked.

Apple Preparation

Wash, peel and cut the green apple into very thin slices. To prevent them from oxidizing, immerse them in a bowl with water and the juice of the remaining half lemon.

Carpaccio Assembly

Drain the apple slices and place them on the salmon. Sprinkle the capers over the apple and salmon. Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.

Final Touch

Sprinkle the chopped spearmint over the carpaccio. Serve immediately.
