Description

This fruity peach raspberry punch is an absolute summer classic! I make it every year for birthdays and barbecue parties. The combination of sweet peaches and slightly tart raspberries is simply unbeatable. The peach liqueur gives the punch a fine note that harmonizes perfectly with the wine and sparkling wine. It tastes best well chilled and garnished with fresh lemon balm. A refreshing treat for any occasion! The punch can be prepared well in advance, so you can relax and take care of your guests.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • Glasses
  • 500 g Peaches
  • 300 g Raspberries
  • 100 ml Peach liqueur
  • Lemon balm leaves
  • Wine, well chilled
  • Sparkling wine, chilled

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare peaches

Thermomix® Setting

Put 500 g peaches into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Then remove the chopped peaches from the mixing bowl and set aside.

Prepare raspberries

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 4

Put 300 g raspberries into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 4. Then remove the chopped raspberries from the mixing bowl and set aside.

Marinate fruits

Put the chopped peaches and raspberries in a punch bowl. Add 100 ml peach liqueur and mix carefully. Let the fruits marinate for about 30 minutes.

Finish punch

Fill the marinated fruits with well-chilled wine. Shortly before serving, fill up with cool sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon balm leaves and serve immediately.
