Description
This simple turn-yourself-around cake, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a festive classic with flour, sugar, margarine and curd cheese. The baking recipe from the cake category is ideal for families and is easy to prepare. The working time is approx. 30 minutes, the total time 90 minutes. Perfect as a dessert or for coffee.

1 P Baking powder

500 gr Curd cheese

3 Stück Eggs

150 gr Soft margarine

150 gr Sugar

Juice of a lemon

1 Päckchen Vanilla pudding
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare dough
Add flour, sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl.
Mix dough
Add baking powder and mix everything for 2 min./level 4.
Pour dough into springform pan
Pour the dough into a springform pan.
Prepare topping
Put curd cheese, eggs, soft margarine, sugar and lemon juice into the mixing bowl.
Mix topping
Add vanilla pudding powder (uncooked) and mix everything for 1 min./level 3.
Pour topping onto dough
Pour the topping onto the dough in the springform pan.
Bake
Bake at 180°C top and bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes. Optionally top with tangerines or peaches.
