  • 16 ounce rotini pasta
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 piece small onion, chopped
  • 1 piece jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 0.5 piece medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 28 ounce canned diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup red wine
  • 20 piece kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 0.66666666666667 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.66666666666667 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

Cook the pasta

Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

Chop onion, jalapeno, and bell pepper

Add tomatoes, wine, and olives

Add 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, ½ cup red wine, and 20 Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped, to the mixing bowl. Simmer for 15 Min./100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf.

Combine pasta and sauce

Pour the cooked pasta into the mixing bowl with the sauce. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 2/Linkslauf to coat the pasta evenly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pour the pasta mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with ⅔ cup crumbled feta cheese and ⅔ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese.
